MOSEIA has a highly regarded and effective Government Affairs team. Our lead counsel, Joe Maxwell, Attorney with Hagan & Maxwell, LLC is a former State Representative, State Senator, and Lieutenant Governor of Missouri.  Lobbyist Steve Carroll has 30 years experience at the Missouri State Capitol including 10 years as a former State Representative.   MOSEIA actively engages to navigate the administrative, legislative and legal options for protecting the solar components of Missouri's RES.
